Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for phone-based revenue generation and lead management. The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to use expert phone skills in driving sales opportunities to close, management of opportunity pipeline and daily activities.

Job Description:
The Corporate Development Representative is responsible for phone-based lead generation. This position requires heavy outbound phone calls and lead qualification to generate new clients. The Corporate Development Rep will be expected to use expert phone skills for lead generation, inbound lead management, information gathering and assisting in helping to manage sales/marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for managing a lead pipeline, report on leads generated and stay thoroughly informed on all entellium products and the CRM industry in general.

Job Description:
The Online Marketing Program Manager will oversee and implement online media campaigns including pay per click search engines, cost per lead programs, banners and email to meet Entellium's high-growth lead generation goals. You will be responsible for getting contracts signed and approved and then all tasks involved in planning a campaign, tactical execution, reporting results and making changes to meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter and has a passion for number crunching, conversion metrics and achieving measurable results. The candidate will also be able to efficiently organize and present large volumes of information. This dynamic individual leads advertising efforts by bringing online marketing expertise and their knowledge of technology marketing to the team. A positive can-do attitude and desire to communicate actions and results with team members is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Manage online media campaigns including pay per click search engines, cost per lead programs, email, banners and text links to meet Entellium lead generation goals while keeping within cost per lead requirements.
- Create campaign schedule to provide even distribution of leads.
- Create, categorize and refine keyword lists to drive qualified visitors and leads.
- Manage keyword and contextual marketing campaigns including Google, Overture, MSN and others.
- Ensure all lead data is accurately entering Entellium CRM system and all tracking codes are in place to accurately measure results.
- Analyze lead data for invalid records, duplicates and fraud and get credit from vendors for bad leads.
- Produce lead volume and quality reports by source, campaign and sales rep.
- Maintain and organize all media paperwork and documents.
- Optimize campaigns and keyword placements to achieve highest ROI.

- Work closely with the marketing team to expand keyword campaigns and increase their effectiveness.

Research and Reporting:
- Create and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports detailing core metrics, lead conversions and cost per lead.
- Regularly monitor, log and report on paid search position and visibility across target keyword phrases on search engines and various content network sites.
- Report on campaign impact on lead generation and lead quality by media source or keyword.
- Conduct keyword research using WordTracker, Overture, Google and internal tools to develop new keyword phrase targets and provide insight for campaign optimization.

Requirements
Skills:

Job Description:
As the Marketing Program Manager you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of Direct Marketing programs to include: direct mail, trade shows, events, print advertising, trade advertising, collateral development and sales promotions. You will work to determine business requirements and define the strategy for each program; drive the development of each plan’s components and work with the various internal departments and outside vendors to ensure successful execution to achieve lead acquisition targets and ROI optimization.
Event planning, marketing and execution is the most significant aspect of this role. You will be responsible for Entellium's participation at industry conferences, trade shows, sales and marketing conferences and local events. You will also develop and launch the first Entellium customer conference.
In this role, you will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal groups requiring marketing support. You’ll help define their marketing project requirements, deadlines, create a marketing project brief and then initiate each project and manage its execution.
This dynamic individual leads advertising efforts by bringing offline marketing expertise and their knowledge of technology marketing to the team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, negotiate and manage key relationships including internal peers, vendors, broker services, and printers.
- Create a comprehensive schedule and time-line to ensure each critical date is met for program execution. This includes all concept and follow up meetings, components, vendor schedules and reporting deadlines. The projects are to be managed within the specified strategic and budget parameters.
- Develop new creative for all direct marketing channels, working with in-house designers or outside agency resources.
- Develop sales tools to support sales efforts connected with DM programs including competitive analysis, power point presentations, sell sheets, strategic market positioning, and other tools as deemed appropriate.
- Manage and execute corporate communication for all projects within the area of responsibility.
- Establish and manage how leads are handled using eSalesForce CRM system so that clear lead metrics can be established for every program.
- Monitor the delivery of the DM program, keep work on track, with-in/below budget, resolve issues, and make adjustments based on needs and learning.
- Analyze the results of all responsible activities and report on the findings regularly.

- Archive lessons learned in the areas of program details, creative, cost/benefit analysis and ROI.
- Actively define and execute event marketing strategy – pre-show through post-show (determining measurable goals, concept, collateral, customer event direction, and evaluates outcome)
- Prepare agendas and checklists for pre and post event status and planning meetings and creation of associated documents including event bulletins, staffing schedule, budget reports.
- Lead pre and post event planning meetings and training to ensure optimal event execution and results.
- Coordinate all trade show exhibition elements (AV, booth freight / Drayage / Set-up / Cleaning / Tear-down. etc.) including vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with the sales team on event execution to ensure participation in pre-show meeting, booth staffing, disciplined lead capture and prompt lead follow up.
- Assist the account management team in working with customers to finalize data, comments, and logos collected for purpose of developing case studies.
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge of competitor’s marketing programs and product offerings.

- Provide detailed technical product expertise to support “deep dive” evaluation of company’s products and architecture.
- Assists sales team throughout sales cycle by answering difficult customer questions and removing technical concerns.
